In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to send us an email within 7 days of your purchase. If our service is not applicable to you in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In order for the product to be eligible for a refund, make sure these conditions are met:

If the service you have received turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality (save for direct warranty products which are discussed below), please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the flaw or inadequate quality.

After we receive your request to cancel the service, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you used during the purchase. 

Partial Status

Partial Status is when we partially refund the remains of an order. Sometimes for some reason, if we remain unable to deliver a full order within the time limits, so we refund you the remaining undelivered amount. Example: You bought an order with quantity 100 and charges 10$, let's say we delivered 50$ and then remaining 50$ we couldn't deliver, then we will "Partial" the order and refund you the remaining 50$ (1$ in this example).
